Fatigue is a common complaint. Fatigue is different from drowsiness, fatigue is more of an energy shortage phenomenon. Medical : Treatment tailored to the cause. If the cause of fatigue is anemia, it can be cured by taking iron supplements. Other drugs are vitamins and antibiotics. Particularly fatigue can be prevented by setting a balanced lifestyle between food, exercise, and work.
